1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of Nyra. By creating an account, using the app or purchasing credits, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Nyra.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. Nyra is not for minors. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must give accurate age information and confirm that you are an adult. The age gate is not proof of identity. All characters in your scenes must also be fictional adults.
3. The service
Nyra provides fictional AI companions, character creation, conversation and image generation. Characters are fictional. AI output can be inaccurate, surprising or not what you expected. You are responsible for how you use it.
Nyra is an Android app distributed through Google Play. There are no public user profiles. Conversation history helps supply context, but characters may forget or contradict earlier details.
We may change, pause or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and maintenance or provider outages may affect the service.
4. Content rules
You may not use Nyra to create, request or share:
- Sexual content involving anyone under 18, including fictional, drawn, coded or “aged up” depictions.
- Sexual scenes involving any real, identifiable person, including celebrities or people you know.
- Content that facilitates real-world harm, violence, exploitation, or illegal activity.
- Harassment, threats, doxxing, or attempts to identify or contact a real person through the service.
- Content that infringes another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
Everyone in a Nyra scene must be an adult. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules, especially where a minor’s safety is at risk.
5. Credits, purchases and subscriptions
Credits are a limited, non-transferable license to use AI features. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Messages, images and character drafts consume credits as shown in the app: 1–4 per message depending on context, 10 per image and 5 per AI character draft. The intelligent model is a Pro feature and costs twice the basic rate. New accounts start with 20 free credits. Failed AI actions return their credits; contact support if your balance appears incorrect.
Purchases, when available to your beta account, use Google Play. The final checkout price, currency and applicable taxes are shown by Google Play. Pro provides credits for the purchased period and removes rewarded-ad prompts; it does not include unlimited messages or images. Subscriptions renew unless canceled through Google Play. Cancellation takes effect under the terms shown at purchase, and paid benefits normally continue through the current period. Refund eligibility is subject to Google Play's process and applicable law. Contact us with a purchase problem; we may direct you to Google Play to resolve a charge or refund.
Deleting your Nyra account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play. Optional rewarded ads are offered through AdMob where configured; rewards require successful verification.
6. AI limitations
Nyra uses third-party AI models. Output is generated, not fact-checked, and may be wrong, inconsistent or unexpected. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial or emergency advice. AI companions are fiction, not a substitute for professional care or real human relationships.
7. Your content
You retain ownership of the prompts, messages and characters you create. You grant us permission to process, store and transmit that content as needed to provide the service, handle safety reports and comply with law. AI output may not be unique or eligible for copyright protection. Only submit material you are entitled to use. Do not put real, identifiable people in sexual scenes.
The service uses Supabase for authentication, database, storage and functions; Cloudflare for the API gateway; Unlid and OpenRouter for text; and OpenRouter image models for images. Relevant prompts and conversation context are sent to these services. Purchases use Google Play; optional rewarded ads use AdMob. Our Privacy Policy explains the associated data handling and your choices.
8. Suspension and deletion
We may suspend or remove access if you violate these Terms or create a safety risk. You can stop using Nyra at any time. You can delete your account in Profile -> Delete account. Deletion removes your profile, conversations, messages, characters, likes and reports, subject to purchase, security or legal records that may need to be retained. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Nyra is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We are not responsible for third-party services, including Google Play, AI model providers or image providers. Their terms may also apply.
