The short answers.
How do credits work?
Adult onboarding grants 20 credits once. A message costs 1–4 credits depending on context (smart model 2×), an image costs 10, and an AI character draft costs 5. Packs are 500 credits for $4.99, 1,200 for $9.99, or 3,000 for $19.99. These are USD reference prices; Google Play sets final local prices and taxes.
What does Pro include?
Pro provides 1,000 credits per month at $12.99/month, or 1,000 credits each month on the $99.99/year plan; current credits are claimed when the app re-verifies the subscription, and removes rewarded-ad prompts. It does not mean unlimited messages or images. Google Play shows your final price before purchase.
What happens if a generation fails?
Failed AI actions are refunded by the server. If your balance still looks wrong, email support with the approximate time, timezone, and action. Never send passwords or purchase tokens.
How do I restore or cancel a purchase?
Use Restore purchases in the app’s store to check purchases with Google Play. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions. Attach an email account before buying: a guest account may be unrecoverable if app data is lost. For a missing purchase, email support with your Google Play order ID, not payment details.
How do I delete my account?
Email hello@nyra-ai.codes from your linked address with the subject “Delete my Nyra account”. We verify ownership and delete the associated account, profile, conversations and stored images, subject to necessary legal and security retention. If you use a guest account, contact support while you still have access. Deletion does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it separately.
How do I report a character or scene?
Email support with the character name, approximate time and timezone, and a short description of the issue. For ordinary bugs, a screenshot can help. Do not attach illegal imagery or intimate images of real people. You do not need to reproduce harmful content to report it.
Is Nyra for minors?
No. Users and every participant in a scene must be adults aged 18 or older. Content that sexualizes minors is prohibited. Report a suspected underage account or unsafe scene to support.
How to leave cleanly.
Open Profile -> Delete account in the app. This removes the account, profile, characters, conversations, messages, likes and reports associated with it. Some purchase, tax, fraud-prevention or safety records may be retained where necessary. Backup copies and data held by processors may follow their own retention schedules.
If you cannot sign in, email us while you still have access. Include your display name and any account identifier you can access in the app. Never send a password, sign-in code or purchase token.
Account deletion does not cancel Pro. Cancel an active subscription separately in Google Play to stop future renewals. For access, export or other privacy requests, write to privacy@nyra-ai.codes.
